Terms of Use
The rules for using SAT | Kashkadarya’s SAT preparation platform: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens during a test. Please read them before you create an account.
1.About these terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and SAT | Kashkadarya (“we”, “us”) about the use of our online SAT preparation platform — the website, the student and teacher applications, and everything available through them (the “Platform”).
By creating an account, signing in with Telegram, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2.Who may use the Platform
The Platform is for students preparing for the SAT, their teachers, and the school’s staff.
- Students under 18 may use the Platform only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student’s behalf and is responsible for the student’s use of it.
- Teacher and administrator accounts are created by the school. They may not be requested through public sign-up.
- We may refuse or close an account that was created in breach of these Terms or with false information.
3.Your account
- Give your real first and last name. Your teachers use it to recognise your work.
- One account per person. Do not share your account, your password, or your Telegram sign-in with anyone, and do not use someone else’s account.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done from your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
- If you forget your password, your teacher or the administrator can reset it for you. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access to your account.
4.Fair use and honest work
The Platform only works if the scores on it are real. When you use it, you agree not to:
- get help from another person, another website, or any AI tool while sitting a test, unless your teacher allows it;
- copy, photograph, record, publish or share test questions, answer explanations or other materials outside the Platform;
- sit a test for someone else, or let someone else sit a test for you;
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means to access the Platform, create accounts, or collect content;
- try to get around security or integrity features — including sign-in protection, the robot check, rate limits, test timers, fullscreen mode and the monitoring described in section 5;
- probe, scan or test the Platform for vulnerabilities, overload it, or interfere with how it works for others (if you have found a security problem, please report it to us privately instead);
- upload anything unlawful, offensive, infringing, or harmful, including malware, or harass other users.
Breaking these rules may lead to your results being cancelled and your account being suspended or closed.
5.Tests, strict mode and monitoring
- Timed tests. Once you start a test, its clock runs until time is up, even if you close the page. Each start uses one of the attempts your teacher allowed. Your answers are saved as you work, and a test still open when time runs out is handed in automatically with the answers saved so far.
- Leaving the test is recorded. During every test the Platform notes when you leave the test page — switching tabs or apps, minimising the window, or leaving fullscreen — and for how long. Your teachers and the administrator can see this record. Brief interruptions, such as a notification that takes focus for a moment, are not recorded.
- Strict mode. A teacher can open a test in strict mode. You are told before you start. In strict mode the test runs in fullscreen, system shortcuts are blocked, you are warned each time you leave, and the third time you leave, the test is handed in automatically with your answers so far.
- Monitoring is limited to the test page. The Platform never uses your camera or microphone, never records your screen, and cannot see other tabs or apps — only that the test page lost focus or was hidden.
- Scores are estimates. Scores on the Platform are practice estimates, not official results. We do not guarantee any score on the real exam.

6.Content and intellectual property
Tests, questions, explanations, lessons, videos, articles, vocabulary lists and the design of the Platform belong to SAT | Kashkadarya or to their authors and licensors, and are protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them for your own study while you have an account. You may not copy, sell, republish or distribute them.
Your work — your answers, notes, highlights and other things you create on the Platform — stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run the Platform, to show it to your teachers and the administrator, and to include it, without your name, in statistics such as a test’s average score.
Teachers who add questions, tests or other materials confirm that they have the right to use them and allow us to host and show them to the students they assign them to (and, if they make them public, to other teachers on the Platform).
7.Courses and payments
Access to the Platform may be part of a course at SAT | Kashkadarya. Prices, payment and refunds for courses are agreed with the school separately and are not set by these Terms.
8.Availability and changes
We work to keep the Platform available and your answers safe, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we may change, add or remove features. If a technical failure on our side affects a test, tell your teacher — they can grant another attempt.
9.Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend or close an account, or cancel results, if these Terms are broken, if we need to protect the Platform or other users, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable we will tell you why.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.Limitation of liability
The Platform is a study aid. To the extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, SAT | Kashkadarya is not liable for indirect losses, for exam results, or for losses caused by your breach of these Terms, by unauthorised use of your account that you failed to report, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.
11.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will let you know on the Platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the updated Terms.
12.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We will try to settle any disagreement by talking to you first; if that fails, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
